so far all I have found are skullcandy or the Phillips apple sells. my wife is blind and she needs to hear things around her so over the ear is out. earbuds won't stay in her ears. but it seems on ear headphones with a mic are hard to find.

I like the Bose mobile. They are the only ones I find comfortable. They sit loosely in the ear, come in different sizes, and sound great. You can still hear outside sounds. They are the only ones I use.
I should have said around 60 or so. I may be able to come up with a little more. but if the new iphone comes out I need to get one and give my wife the 3gs.

I love my Beats Solo by Dr Dre. Comes with a mic and full iPod control, pause play, skip song, volume control. A tad pricey but I love love love em.
I pretty much have given up on headphone adapters they just don't hold up. the griffins were only about 8.00 on amazon but the cable keeps fraying because there is no strain relief. some of the others don't have very good mics so no one can hear me.
