On ios 6 wanna upgrade to ios 7.x how?

Hi I'm on ios 6 and want to upgrade to iOS 7 on an iPhone 4s 8gb

Right now the iphone wants me to upgrade to ios 8.

Is there anyway of upgrading only to ios 7 ? Thanks!

You can't, iOS7 not available or signed. Its stick with what you have or go to iOS 8

no, theres no way. Youre stuck with what you have or ios 8. why dont you want to update to ios 8? ios 8 is pretty similar to ios 7 plus a lot of new features.
