prime example 12 replacement 27" iMacs last year.....sigh.

:eek: 12 computers were replaced or one one was replaced 12 times? There should be a policy against returning a new laptop more than 2 or 3 times. Some people are demanding perfection, which is understandable for an expensive laptop. But if u don't get your perfect one the 2nd or 3rd time, maybe it just wasn't meant to be. Apple may have some issues here and there, but this is true of all manufacturers, absolutely none are perfect. Put me in the group with those that received perfect product the first time from Apple.

We bought 5 iMacs for our multimedia lab - 12 exchanges took place on the 5 machines over the 1st month. Apples support department was great its a shame they have to work so hard because Apples quality control department is not so great of late.
