On which iMacs can the HDD still be upgraded

Looking for buying an iMac and update SSD myself. On which models could that be done? I believe the newest are not possible anymore. Is that correct?

Some iMacs are more of a challenge, but you can swap out a HDD with an SSD on any iMac.

They are kind of sealed. You have to unseal them with a v.thin plastic blade, and then reseal them after. Look at ifixit for details...
