One Address Card for Many Recipients in Mail?

Is there an easy/efficient way to send to a group of people in mail? Let's say it's for my band, or a school group. Can I create an address book card for "Band" or "School" and type it into the "To:" field in mail and have it send to everyone?

Sorry if this is easy, but I couldn't figure it out.

In Address Book, make sure that View > Cards and Columns is checked. Then click the + under the group column. Name the group. Drag all your band member contacts into that group.

Then in Mail...you can just type the group name into the To: field.
