One cool thing about the Pro that the new 2015 doesn't have

… a screen that doesn't say MacBook on the bottom. I love that about the Pro. It's more minimalistic that way. More elegant. More sophisticated.

People don't seem to notice the same things as I do, or at least make note of the smallest details.

I was also wondering if the USB-C port was parallel to the bottom of the laptop or the top. Or if it's angled in-between.

I know it sounds silly, but that's one thing about the new MacBook that I'm like "ughhh"
I very rarely connect anything to my laptop besides the power cable. So lack of ports, no big deal.
"Lack of power".. the most intensive thing I do on my current rMBP is Excel and PowerPoint. Power will be fine.
I don't even think the price is bad. Not at all.

Literally the only thing that (slightly) bothered me about the new MacBook is that it has those words printed there again. Don't miss them.

Yeah, I wish it didn't say 'MacBook' under the screen. This bothers me more than removing the glowing Apple logo.

Wouldn't a no-label machine look like a JackBook? At one time they sold a China-made Air, looks identical in the picture.

As long as the label is understated and not in gawky bright gold am good with it.

I think it's stupid and inconsistent...

I hope they alter the MBP design to make it more in line with the new MacBook.

Aluminum vent system on the back, new keyboard design, MBP logo on bezel, etc.

Always thought the retina MBP looked odd as the only one without the logo.
