Is there an option to fully stream(including playlists) an iTunes library between two computers on the same network? The person I'm trying to help out is saying that her playlists aren't showing up when she does Home Sharing.

Is she sol and needs to recreate the playlists? Or is there an option that I am not aware of in iTunes or an external application?

I'm not sure, I wish apps would see the shared library or allow your ipad the ability to create a playlist from the remote library...brutal!

In the left column of iTunes, under "Shared" you will see any libraries that are shared. Click the arrow in front of the library name, so it points down instead of to the right. It will reveal any playlists that are shared.
