I couldn't get it to work either. Tried my BT keyboard, then a wired one in both Firefox and Safari. What's the trick to getting it to work??? (I even tried the Keyboard Viewer.)

EDIT: And now, for some reason, it's working....

lol Click on the video first so that is where your keyboard input goes. Don't click on the browser window or else your keyboard input will be used for the webpage as a whole.

I thought that was common knowledge

However, if that's not your problem... then I have no idea.

It's not your connection that's the problem. It must the server that's having a hard time keeping up with demand. I have a 100Mbps connection and it still took like forever.
