(bit of a rant here, sorry)
Well, I've finally had it with Apple and their penny pinching iphone releases. STILL selling 16 gig phones and ripping you off for another $100 to end up with more storage than you need. On top of that, Iphone 6 is only 4.7" (like a true 5" phone would kill them?). I don't mind paying premium but at least give me a premium phone.

Anyway, I've been an iPhone user since the old 3GS, but I've just had it with Apple. I did move up to a 5C when it came out, but that skinny, tall screen just irked me the more I used it. After a dropping incident, I went back to my trusty old original 4 and have been getting along just fine, though the 3.5" screen is hard on these old eyes.

Apple's phones no longer measure up for the cost and with the incredible bloat that's now ingrained in iOS, I won't really miss anything about the iPhone. I don't need finger print scanners, I don't need all my **** in the cloud, I don't need 3D touch screens and I don't need every single thing on the phone tied in with some social network bloat.

So, I'm making a break. For a cool $250, I've got a sweet One Plus X on the way and it seems to be every thing I need in a phone. Active Matrix OLED 5" screen, expandable memory, gorgeous looks and a clean, lightweight Android OS. All the reviews are very positive as well. It's new waters for me, but I'm very excited to get exactly what I want in a phone instead of what Apple wants me to have in a phone.

Nice, enjoy the phone. A lot of reviewers have talked it up and it looks like a great phone.

Its a nice little handset. The camera is it's weakest point. A few of us here have had them :)

it has no nfc which should be inside all existence phones released since couple years ago. (*) but if you dont/need it, the oneplus x might be one of the best phone. i had (and still have) oneplus one and it was the great phone - the price was excellent and you git everything you needed in a phone.

(*) well my 6s+ has nfc, but it is useless... i cant use it at all (no apple pays here) but i would like to benefit from it and using it without stupid apple-restrictions as it can be used with android devices.
