iPod touch One Stuck Pixel

Do you think Apple will do an exchange for one stuck pixel or am I being too picky?

I was doing a little reading, I dont think it is stuck i think it is dead.

Minimum quantity of dead/stuck pixels

It seems that if your Mac doesn´t have a minimum quantity of dead/stuck pixels, Apple can´t do anything. See below a link that explains it:

I bought an iMac 20" on April 28 and it has one stuck pixel in the middle 😱 of the lcd display, so I´ve sent it to a technical assistance and they´ve answered with this link.
