Simple question. I've heard that Apple allows you to redownload a song one time if you've lost it for any reason (HD crashes etc). Anyone know about this? How do you go about getting Apple to authorize another download?

I've heard it's possible to do this if you contact Apple's iTunes support. Drop 'em an email and they may be able to help you out.

If you go to apple.com/support you can get them to let you do a redownload. I had to do it once when a server mistake gave me the wrong album.

I was allowed to redownload all my songs when my HD failed. They said it was only once, and I haven't tried since. Just email them and they will help.

What email?

does anyone know what the email acount for apple support is because I emailed to support@apple.com and it gave me an automatic response and no help.
P.S. I have lost 499 of my purchased songs/videos and want a redownload
