I tried to book a one to one session at the apple store with the one month membership I got when I bought my iPhone. But when I put the membership no in it said it couldn't find the account. Has anyone else booked?
I want to go in and ask a couple of questions about my battery life and o2 signal. Is this one to one the best way to do to it or is it better booking with a genius. Or is it the same people who deal with both?

Isn't One-to-One session for iPhone training? Asking the battery life and O2 signal in the training session seems not appropriate... But who knows...

Yes. Just book an appointment with a genius to discuss your concerns.
