About to buy my first ever Mac today, going for the i7 with educational discount. Is it worth getting One to One.
Have no previous experience using a mac!

    Cheers

    Rav:)

How easily do you find your way around computers? Mroogle is arguably a better help service, and it's free.

Is it better to get a book like Missing Manual?

If you have the time, then the One to One membership is invaluable. Especially considering you can have pro app (Final Cut, Aperture, Logic) tuition for just £79 a year.

    ravinder08,

I would second what ynnoj has said. If you have the time to take advantage of it throughout the year, it's a great value. (most people don't)

    Congrats on your first Mac!
