Seems to be mostly AI slop tools, so not too excited for this. Most interesting thing is the "seamless pairing" with Apple devices. I wonder how it is going to do this.

Overall OS smoother and a few seamless options all around I think, along with smoother transitions. I'm thinking they're going to build forward from what they have now with the iOS devices

For those with the OnePlus 13, how's the battery health at this point? I read that SiC batteries drop faster, but looking for some actual results after 9-ish months.

Official confirmation today that the 15 gets a 7300 mAh battery. This plus a physical SIM might get me to switch from Pixel.

March pick up though I don't daily since Fold 7 but use it daily at home

Review of the OnePlus Pad 3. It certainly has impressive battery life, not surprising considering how huge its battery is.

March 2025. It's my main device and is used a lot. Battery at 98% health.

OnePlus 15 & Ace 6 unveiled in China. The 15 has a truly massive battery. The Ace 6 which will likely be called the 15R globally has an even more massive battery. The 15 is smaller than its predecessor and sports a flat design. To me the 15 seems to be supporting lesser camera hardware and relying on their own image engine to make up the shortfall.

Oppo launched the global version of the Find X9 Pro today. It supports band 71 which is huge. Honestly, I see no point in the OP15 now. If I decide to sell my Z Fold 7 the Find X9 Pro will be my next phone.

What’s your main reason for leaning towards X9?

Bigger battery 7500mah vs 6000 7300mah and better cameras. I only saw 1 video so far but the Find X9 battery life appears to be outstanding. I think the Oppo also uses UFS 4.1 storage vs 4.0 on the OP15? The screen resolution looks to be better on the OP15 however.

I’ve not yet owned an Oppo phone and have always been intrigued. I’ve been asking questions to Avg dad tech online shop which is selling the global version, apparently WiFi calling works well on T-Mobile unlike every Xiaomi phone I’ve tried.

Gotcha yeah battery will be close 7500 vs 7300 but camera edge might be Find X9 though I don’t know much about the chip on the X9

Whoops, 7300mah battery on the OP15. On paper shouldn’t be much difference between the two, we’ll see. Price-wise the OP15 is a much better deal. I’m not sure I want to pay $1200 USD for the Find X9 Pro.

This review really rates the Oppo Find X9 Pro and rates it above the OP15.

Nope. 4.1 on the OnePlus 15

I've already subscribed at OnePlus for early $50 off bonus plus whatever trade in perks and added gift they will offer.

What is one plus like for updates? It's been a long time since I used 1

I second this question. How are updates on one plus now? Both in terms of monthly updates, security updates, bug fixes, and major updates and how long do they offer both?
