Can anyone describe for me how that works? I ordered online and just got a watch a couple days ago and was considering a potential exchange and wondering if they send a re placement first and then you send the original, or if they send replacement after they receive the original?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure they won't send the exchanged one out until they receive the original.. What you can do is order the replacement and then mail the other back for a refund.

Yeah, that was exactly what the rep suggested, and what I ended up doing. Placed a separate order for a new one and set up a return for the original. Separate transactions. Makes sense.

Thanks

They can send the replacement out ahead of time, but typically this applies to iPhones (If someone needed one immediately). All Apple needs is a credit card on file and if they don't receive the device back by a specific date, they charge the card.

Yeah I didn't think they did that with the Watch though.. Good to know that they do..
