how long do you think it will take if you order the phone online, say at midnight on launch day you order it. a couple weeks probably?

According to AT&T there will be no presales, I dont know if online merchants will be allowed to do otherwise, unless they're doing it without permission.
I think they meant if they order it from Apple or CIngular online, after it's available.
Who knows - it might ship within a week or it might be a month before you get it. I think buying from a store will be a better idea overall.

i would love to get one the day or even the first couple days of launch but im not going to camp out for the thing, if i knew that i could get one in maybe 2 weeks after i ordered it online i would rather do that.
