For quite a long time I've been experiencing strange behaviour every time I watch some online videos. I have literally no idea how to describe it, so I recored it.
Here is some basic info:
1) it happens always, but sometimes it's all the time and sometimes just every few minutes;
2) it happens on all sites (Netflix, YouTube);
3) if I move my mouse it disappears (you can see it on my video);
4) it does not happen when I use screen recording software, NEVER (tried to capture it that way);
5) it always looks the same;
6) happens in every browser;
7) video software like VLC works fine;
8) it wasn't always like that.

I know the quality is rather bad, but it clearly shows my problem.
