I was also stuck at 120hz at my Gigabyte M32U but after resetting the monitor 144hz appeared 🤷♂️

My new one is supporting 240Hz. The highest HiDPi resolution is too low and does not support HDR. With the standard resolution everything is a little too small and unsharp. But there is a crazy never ending list of resolutions now.
