iOS Only agent can build binary for distribution?

Agent in our ADC portal has powerPC mac. So he cant build binary for distribution.
Another person has Intel mac, but he receives error "The identity doesn't match any valid certificate/private key pair in the default keychain".
Is it he doing something wrong or its normal, because of different private key in his keychain?

The intel dude needs to have a distribution certificate made for his computer using the PPC dudes info.
