Only allow calls from your contacts?

Hey,
Is there any way in the latest iOS or some 3rd party app to only accept incoming calls from your contact list?
Getting a lot of unwanted calls (ex girlfriend, tele sales etc) and would love to block those.

Basically I want to block every number that isn't in my contact list. How can I do that ?

Yes.
Consider the fact that some reputable people / businesses that might seek to contact you about a problem or emergency might not be in your contacts list such as someone calling from your bank, Apple, police department, hospital etc.

They could leave a message. Aren't the rejected calls forwarded to voicemail?

Yes. However, at times, seconds or minutes count, and one may not always remember to check for new voicemails etc.
