Trying my luck in store on the 28th. If that fails, then i'll probably postpone another month and get a 64gb 3g when i've got another payday under my belt 🙂 Probably dont need the extra storage, but it'd be nice to have just in case.

Very excited!
My girlfriend has the day off, so she's gonna spend the day waiting for the delivery man with me.
Since I pre-ordered it, she just see's it as a cool toy but has nothing more to offer than just a bigger ipod touch.
I think she's going to have a different opinion when she actually uses it.

For the 28th May, some people are getting "estimated delivery" and some "estimated shipping". Sounds like different options to me!
Mine was delivered yesterday 🙂 you're in for a treat in 7 days ( ok so mine is an import from eBay but I go on holiday 7am on the 28th so no chance of getting a uk one - and my cupboards are now free from old tech as sold it all to finance the iPad!)

The word 'Estimate' isn't used at all. Ships by or delivers by is the wording.

My 3G 64GB is marked as delivered by 28th but the bits and pieces despatched by 28th. Fingers crossed. Wifes are too as she gets her 16GB WIFI back when I get mine.

apple have a tendency to get the device TO you by the delivery date. fingers crossed!

Some good vibes: I ordered a refurb Mac Mini a while ago. The order confirmation stated delivery in 10 working days. It actually turned up the day after I ordered!
