Only one of my speakers works..

I noticed as I was playing a game that only one of my speakers was working, but now as I watch netflix and I just checked it playing music, I have verified that one of my speakers is dead silent..

This is a new verizon iphone, never been dropped or wet..

I remember when I thought one of my speakers was out on my 3G, I took it into an Apple store and the Genius didn't even know what the matter was.
