Only sync contacts with phone numbers?

I remember an option either in iTunes or iSync that allowed users to 'only sync contacts with numbers' when synching contacts to iPhone....

I've just got a new handset and have managed to sync my ENTIRE address book to it, so I now have a tonne of duplicate entries, old numbers, old contacts and contacts that are just email addresses...which isn't much use to me when I'm trying to call someone! 🙂

Any ideas where this option is? And how to go about replacing my entire iPhone address book with only contacts with numbers from my Mac??
