only two bars signal?

router in room with apple tv bad signal got it today doing firmware update as i type this,also i have no issues with anything in my house other than this

down is 100/5 up

nm got it working reset etc and signal is full bars now

i unplugged it/restarted it and it worked fine after that took two unplugs and a restart to fix it
