Light Leaks again? Dropped Calls? Cracking Plastic? OR, will there be some sort of new defect??? Only days to tell!


I was ready to get the iPhone 3G S, but think I will wait a few weeks. It seems as if the early adopters get screwed.😱
 
Well, I doubt the light and crack problem, as it's the same design as last year so they should have had time to fix it...

As for dropped calls, I doubt that, too.

and even without icare its plenty easy to replace within 30 days...im not worried

That's exactly why these issues are pretty likely. Especially the cracks. Have you seen how thin the plastic is in some parts? In a dark room my whole phone glows right through the plastic.
 
I heard that the iPhone 3G S will be so amazing, it can actually impregnate women.



(There are so many "what-if" kind of threads going right now about the 3G S, I figure rumors like this are just as good as any other. C'mon people... we don't know! Just wait until Friday and then you can start up the complaining and questioning all over again. 🙄 )
 
Light leak
Dust under the screen
Cracked case
Slient switch falling off
Dropped calls....
pretty much the same complaints plus new 3GS ones..sigh..
Only if they can match the build quality of 2G.
 
The phone isn't actually changing much so hopefully they should get it right this time.

I will not be upgrading though so I can just sit back and laugh at any defects that appear.
