Ontario, CA UPS pickup... How long is the wait?

I'm considering having UPS hold my iPhone X's for pickup at the Ontario (California) CC. But, I've literally never done that before... So, to those who have, and have picked up iPhone's on launch day from UPS's CC, how long of a wait was there before you got the phones?

Last year when I pick up at 11am, no one in line. The year before, I got there at 10am which is when they open, about 20 people in line but they already separate the iPhones so they just calling names, pretty fast process.

I'm going there around 11am again. If you wait until 12pm, probably more as people pick up during lunch.

I picked up mine last year around lunchtime with no issues. It took about 15 minutes. There were only a handful of people there.
