I installed onyx a while back and modified my dock and some stuff. I've since uninstalled onyx but the settings are all still there. How can I reset my dock to a standard OSX way instead of the Onyx settings?

Onyx 1.5 (running "cleaning")
I started using Onxy when it was at 1.4 (or was it 1.49) and I updated it to the recent revision (1.5). When I run Cleaning (with the default setting), Onyx prompts me to do the reboot. The previous version did not do this. It is normal? When I run the maintenance, no reboot issue.
