iPhones are no longer unique, or special here in California.

Quite honestly they're just your average phone.

However when someone notices I'm carrying one of my Android phones, such as my Droid X, it gets a lot of attention.

It's a phone with a value of $600. If it was a Rolex I could understand, but if your friends are worth less than a phone to you then there are other more serious problems for you to attend to.

My husband has one and it seems sturdier than the iPhone with all its glass.

I gave my iP4 to my in-laws to check out, but I was watching them like a hauk. As for strangers, no way in hell am I going to let somebody I don't know mess with my phone.

I let anybody I know touch it if they want to, it's just a phone and almost everybody is careful with it. But now everybody I know who have iPhones have gotten an i4 so nobody asks to see it anymore.

LOVE IT!! no one that i cant think of has asked me. i have a screen protector and case, and i would let someone i know hold it, but other than that, no stranger has asked me. i wouldnt want someone i dont know holding it, after all the crazy stories i hear about people stealing them...
