Open app/delete app

I was hoping this bug would be killed in B2 but its still there. Tap an app to open it and they all start to wiggle. Anyone else seeing this?

Maybe your screen isn't working right? That wiggle only happens when holding softly for a short time. Not sure what you mean.

I've never seen this, I tap to open an app, press it for a second to delete, or hard press to bring up force touch options. The only thing I have seen is sometimes I bring up force touch instead of making the apps just wiggle.
