Open CL & Open GL for iMac Pro

I have question related to my iMac Pro with Radeon Pro Vega 56 8 GB GPU. How to install and enable Open CL and Open GL?

The libraries should be pre-installed in macOS, but are deprecated in Mojave. If you need specific development packages, check with your development environment distribution.
