Open in Full Screen Default

So, I know there is a way to open apps (such as Safari) in full screen mode, but when it does, it opens to the last open page by default. Is there a way, after quitting safari, to reopen the application in full screen mode, but have the default page be my homepage rather than the last open page?

I don't know but opening it up in full screen all the time sounds really annoying lol
