open websites at certain time?

How can I have certain weblinks open at a certain time every 6hrs 1mins?

Take a look at iCal. You can schedules events where you have it take some action, such as running a script. Then create an AppleScript script or Automator workflow that opens your browser to a certain page. You can probably do it with crontab as well, but that involves messing with Terminal and most people are not up for that.
