Just noticed this dialogue after performing the latest security update. Is this new? I don't recall being given the option to open the app from this dialogue before. Then again, I attempted to launch this app via an, "Open With…" from the Finder, and it may just be the first time I've launched a previously-unlaunched unsigned app in this way.
After clicking "Open", I received the expected admin authentication dialogue, and the app launched fine.
