Opening ebook stored in iCloud Drive using iBooks

If I have an ebook stored in iCloud Drive how can I open it using iBooks?

eww thats a good question.. If this is possible you could keep your epub and pdf files on the cloud drive.

I thought the whole purpose of iCloud Drive was to store files there and they could be opened by any supported app on iOS?

I figured Apple's own apps would have support built in ready to go.
