openSSH Problem ?

Hey

I've jailbreaken my Iphone 3G 2.1. Yesterday and i'm ready to go fetch some themes 😀 Now the problem is I've downloaded/installed openSSH with the "Cydia" and no icon came upon the main screen ? What's the problem ? I've rebooted it, reinstalled it ? Further the other apps work well i think.

So can you help me ?

Don't i need to put openSSH "ON" on my iphone before i try to connect with my computer to it ? 😕

With the default install through Cydia it will always be on.

Try sshing into your phone I expect it to work.

make sure you install something like BossPrefs to switch SSH off or you'll find your battery only lasting a few hours

I have OpenSSH permentaly on due to a fear that the ALoD problem might rear it's ugly head again and my battery life is just the same as when I didn't have it installed.

To the OP glad you got it working.
