It's really only useful for people with only EDGE who can't get 3G or Wifi. How big is that market?
You Apple supporters are fanatics. Everything Apple makes is great, everybody else "sucks" or are just copycats. Indeed, indeed.
I'm depressed* I'm using Android.
I think probably 990,000 of those people will use Opera once, see how ugly it looks compared to Safari, and never use it again.
MSFT is known to cater to these type of people.

I'm glad I'm using Android.
Probably people who can not get a 3G connection. Its noticably faster on Edge but I cant tell the difference on 3G.

Too bad the app sucks...
It's an interesting concept, but yes the execution was poor.
And I agree I'm a little concerned regarding the security of data sent.
One interesting point I discovered with it is it acts like (well is actually) a proxy server so sites that are regional specific and won't load in New Zealand load with the App.
Apart form that, well cr*p.
Having choices is good, I'd love to see what a Chrome mini would turn out likespeaking of Google products, I'm hoping Google Voice App will come back soon (maybe with iPhone OS 4) so we can have more VOIP options too.

No wonder Apple approved it. They knew how bad it was.![]()
Sure, the app sucks, but it (hopefully) sends the message to Apple that people are hungry for CHOICE!
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Apple only decided to approve it because it's not as good as Safari...
