Just bought a MacBook Pro. Last one I bought came with the OS disk. Did they stop including this?

OS X Lion does not utilize installation discs. Should you need to reinstall, use OS X Lion Internet Recovery. Read more here.

Yes, with Lion: http://www.apple.com/macosx/recovery/
