I have the opportunity to buy a early 2015 MB Pro 13" I5, 8gb, & 256ssd. For $800 2 weeks old... Do you think i should pull the trigger?

That's a $1500 computer for $800. They say if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

That retails for 1499. No way anyone is legitimately selling it for 1500.


Well, I can think of two possibilities that could be possibly viewed as semi-legitimate.

1. Student who has not spent wisely needs to sell a gift to cover tuition / books / credit card bill / etc.

2. Relationship breakup, selling for spite.

3. Newly minted crack fiend. Not stolen from a stranger, but selling his own stuff or that of a close relative / housemate.

4. Apparently I can not count to two.
