Optibay 13" MBP Install Guide Please

In need of a good video guide so i can get my optibay installed please! I ordered the one from SMK something on ebay as per recommendations on searching this forum.

just managed to find time to put the stock HDD in with the OptiBay

🙁 its so noisy!!! damn those mechanical drives 😡
