    Hello everyone,
I have an early 2011 Macbook pro.
I'm experiencing some problem with my new SSD...
I had an SSD (intel) in my optibay, it was 120 Gb...
in the regular place I have a 750 GB Hard drive...
I decided to change my SSD, I bought an Agility 3 which size is 240 Gb...
When I plug it in the otpibay enclosure, My MBP doesn't recognise it... when I connect it in the regular place, it does recognise it...
Is there a way to make my ssd work in my optibay enclosure ?
    thanks,
    Regards
Sorry for my english, it's not my native language...

Im not sure why it doesn't recognize it but, just some helpful info I learned today, the optibay transfer speed is 3gbs where the actual HDD spot transfer rate is 6gbs. I would put the SSD where your HDD is to take advantage of the higher transfer speed, it also maybe the reason why its not recognized in the optibay.

Thanks a lot for your answer
Is there something that can replace the my optibay and that would allow my ssd to have 6Gbs ?
Actually I'd had rather to leave my hard drive in the regular place because in the optibay, vibrations are not absorbed...

As far as I am aware of there is not. I just found out about the transfer rate after doing some research about it because I was originally going to drop a small SSD in the opti bay, instead I scored a great deal on a 240GB intel 520.
