Hi everybody, for a month or so I've had a Sandisk Extreme 120gb in my main bay and my stock Hitachi in an MCE Optibay on my mid 2010 macbook pro, and I get frequent Kernel Panics. Like several a day.

I've searched around but I've found very little support, just people mentioning other people having kernel panics. Does anyone have a guess at what could help my problem? I've used TRIM Enabler, but shutting it off did not do anything.

Here's my report in case it helps:

Code:

It had not happened until I put the Optibay in. I installed a fresh version of 10.8, running 10.8.2 right now.

You might try removing Logitech Control Center and Symantec AV both just to see if that helps. Often these aftermarket (non-Apple) kexts can cause a problem.

Those are just an antivirus and the handler for my wireless keyboard and mouse. This happens even when there are no peripherals connected or the antivirus is not running.

Any other ideas?

I know... but those kexts are always running even with AV off and the mouse disconnected. Just an idea to temporarily uninstall to help troubleshoot.
