I'm looking for a blue ray drive for my 15" mac book pro. All I'm finding is disk drives for the 17". Because of size issues. Do they make one for the 15"? and will they ever come out with one?

There is only no support for HDCP movie playback. With the use of Toast or some third-party burning software, one can burn both data and SD/HD video to Blu-ray.
I am aware that you need 3rd party software. If there was non available, they wouldn't of made a blue ray upgrade for the 17" mac books.
My questions is, do they make the drive for the 15".

this is something i've been looking at - so far i've seen LG GGW H20L but i'm not sure if this works fine with Mac -
Fastmac.com has optical drives. I've been looking around and I guess apple may offer them in the future. I believe they have a keynote today regarding the new mac book designs... Maybe they will have something in there.
External would be good but it's not that covenient for me. I travel alot and I edit on the spot with a film crew. Editing in HD and exporting to blue ray would be nice. I guess now that I say it, external would be bad...find me some good prices
