I'm selling my old MacBook and the guy buying it wants to know about the optical drive: ultra and speed... I don't know where to find info about this. I've looked in the system profiler and can't find anything.

Honestly I don't even know what it is!

Where can I find out info about the optical drive: ultra and speed?

    Thanks

    Ultra?
Can't help you with that part. You can look up the specs of your Macbook to get the details on your optical drive at http://support.apple.com/specs/.

Also if you go to 'About this Mac' in the Apple menu and click "More Info" you can find out just about anything you'd want to know about it.

The formfactor is ultra slim and the speed is whatever your drive is rated for (often expressed in 8X, etc.)
