Optimal settings ATV 4K + LG OLED C7?

I have bought the LG OLED C7 55" 2017 model, and also picked up an ATV 4K.

I'm a bit of a novice with all this AV stuff, but I've enabled the "match content" range & frame rate feature, set chroma to 4:2:2, but I am unsure about the format option.

I have an option to Enable Dolby Vision. Is this something I want to do? If not, what is the optimal Format for my TV. Does anyone know?

But do the content matched setting to HDR chroma 4:2:2 it will them flick between HDR and Dolby dependant on the films codec.
