A few years ago we had a little application that offered 1 click optimisation. It defragmented the HDD, RAM, performed other disk tools, deleted unusued/dead files etc. Since then I got a PowerBook and forgot all about it. But my XP side is getting a little slow now and I'm trying to find another good optimisation program, any recommendations?

Ideally it needs to be a single click or schedule based all-in-one fix up.

Well the disk-frag utility built into Windows is fairly good.

But I use this little app called ccleaner (or Crap Cleaner) found at www.ccleaner.com

It has a better uninstaller than built into windows, does a good job of cleaning out unneeded files and helps manage start-up files and clean the registry.

Nifty light free little app with a great name.
