iPhone Optimised battery charging not working iOS 13

Hi all, I have a iPhone SE and optimized battery charge has never worked for me, I have the feature enabled and I have tested this in all iOS 13 iterations, currently on 13.3 beta with no luck either.

Any advice? do you all have managed to get this feature working on your devices? are iPhone SE not capable of this feature?

how long does it take for optimized charging to learn?

i've been using it since ios 13 dropped, but it still hasn't "learned" my patterns and optimized charging doesn't activate... how long did it take for you guys?

Optimized Charging Not Working

Is optimized battery charging working for anyone? My launch day Pro Max goes straight to 100% every night. I’ve put it on charge and woken up at same time every night since I’ve had it so seems like it would know my routine by now.

Optimized Battery Charging - Not Working? [Merged]

I’ve had it turned on since iOS 13 came out almost two weeks ago and this feature hasn’t worked at all. How can it possibly take this long for the phone to learn charging habits?
