Optimize new Time Capsule to stream files (Plex) within the house

I've looked but just can't find the info I need.

I have a new TC and I'd like to optimize it to stream files (Plex) to various things (Roku, Blu-ray player). Is there special port forwarding etc that would boost either the quality or random buffering?

Anything that would make it better, can't be set on an Apple Airport device.

Nope. Plex takes care of all of that as long at NAT is turned on.
