I'd like to create a video for both .3gp and .3g2 formats using Quicktime. So far all my attempts have been pretty low-quality, and I am weary to change the encoding settings for fear that it won't work with some phones. Anyone know of the best settings for both formats?

Are there encoding settings I should avoid? I know, for example, that using the h264 codec will improve quality, but I'm worried some phones might not be able to view it...

All you should touch is the bit rate and frames per second, don't change the codec. Stick with 3g codec.

Thank you, sir or madam! What target file size should I be shooting for for, say, a 4 minute video?
