Optimized charging keeps turning on by itself

Basically the title. I keep turning this feature off but it keeps turning itself on after some time. Anyone else also encountering this?

Actually I mean this new battery health thingy. It's called "optimized charging of the battery" (translated from German). I mean this feature which charges the MacBook only to 80% at first.

Yes, it's been doing this since the beta's. I guess Apple really wants to protect us from ourselves. 🙄

I believe this is a bug at the moment, Happens on my Pro as well as my iPhone 12 PM. Usually after a restart of either it turns back on.
