Opus to mp: converter

Can anyone recommend (hopefully free) opus to any iTunes playable format converter?

tried max and XLD, max doesnt seem to recognize. XLD tried, and no matter what out put i pick, i get a file of static. original only plays in vlc.

Since it does not seem a widely recognised format, you can use VLC to create iTunes compatible files via its Streaming/Exporting Wizard.

not having any luck with VLC either. just keeps creating zero bit files.
